There are situations in which your data is collected by Hensel. It is therefore good that you know what is being done with it and how you can indicate your wishes regarding your data. That is what this statement is about. If you do not feel comfortable with the use of your data by Hensel, please contact us! Personal data is collected by us for a number of purposes. These are explained below.
01. Sending newsletters
Hensel sends newsletters by e-mail. These newsletters are commercial on the one hand and aimed at sharing knowledge on the other. Your (company) name and e-mail address are collected via the appropriate form on our website. In addition, you may be asked verbally or textually to register.
02. Contact us
Your data will be collected when you contact / place orders with us through the website. However, this form only asks for the necessary information to be able to offer a proposal or a service, such as your name, company name, e-mail address and telephone number.
03. Analytics
The Hensel website collects your data to improve the website. This is done with Google Analytics. These data are anonymous and are therefore not linked to your personal data. This includes information such as the duration of your website visit or the pages you visit a lot.
04. Mailchimp
The newsletters are sent with Mailchimp. When you sign up for the newsletter, your e-mail address and first name will be automatically saved in the appropriate list within Mailchimp.
05. Transip
The website, e-mail and backup of Hensel Nederland is hosted at Transip. If you contact us via the forms or via e-mail, those e-mails will be stored on Transip’s servers.
06. Security
No physical copies are made of your personal data. Your data is only managed in the aforementioned systems and software.
The personal data managed by us or by the aforementioned third parties is only accessible via the above software and is protected with a password and where possible with two-step verification.
With this two-step verification, a code is generated from the software and sent to Hensel Netherlands. This code should be used during the login process.
The devices that open your data are each also locked with a password and / or fingerprint. The number of devices that can access your data is limited to only the necessary devices.
In addition, your visit to our website is secured by an SSL certificate. This means that your connection to the Hensel Nederland website is private. You can recognize this security by the green lock in front of the url.
07. Right of access
You have the right to request your data at all times that are recorded and stored at Hensel Nederland. You can do this by sending an e-mail or contacting us by telephone. You will then receive an overview of your data.
08. Right to rectification
Are your details incorrect? Or have your data changed? You have the right to have this rectified by Hensel Nederland. You can adjust your data regarding the newsletter via the appropriate url at the bottom of each email.
09. Right to transfer
If you need the data that is stored with us in case you switch to another party or service, you have the right to transfer. Hensel must transfer all your data to the other party.
10. Right to erasure of data
Do you no longer want your data to be stored at Hensel Nederland? Then you have the right to have your data deleted.
11. Right to file a complaint
You have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority if you feel that Hensel is not handling your data correctly. This can be done via this link.
12. Right to stop data use (objection)
Do you not want Hensel to use your data? Then you have the right to stop the use of your personal data.
You can make use of these rights via info@hensel-studiotechniek.nl and send a copy of your ID certificate, whereby the passport photo, the numbers at the bottom of the passport, ID number and BSN have been made illegible. The aim is to respond within a week.
12. Duties
Hensel processes personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest, namely a commercial interest. Think of offering services or products from Hensel via e-mail. Your data will never be sold to third parties.
The information that is required to provide is the minimum information required to offer the services or products. For example, your e-mail address is required to be able to send the newsletter. If this mandatory information is not provided, Hensel Nederland cannot offer the relevant service. If it is necessary to share data that you have shared with VersGemerkt with others than the parties mentioned above (for example, to offer a service), your permission will first be requested.
