Order

Can’t quite work it out yourself? No problem at all! Feel free to contact us. You can also place your order by phone!

Something not quite right? That can happen. Contact us soon if you want to change your order! Due to our fast logistical process, it may be the case that your order has already been placed. Unfortunately, it is then no longer possible to change it. You can then return your order, for example.

Do you want to cancel your order? That is unfortunate, but of course no problem. Please notify us of your cancellation by phone or email as soon as possible. It may be that your order has already been shipped. It is then no longer possible to cancel your order with us. You can refuse an order in transit at the door. Our deliverer will then take your order with him.

Delivery

We have different shipping methods to serve you in the best possible way. Your order can be delivered to your home tomorrow, but also to a work address.

We charge € 5,50 shipping costs for orders below €250,00 in the Netherlands and € 12,50 below €500,00 in other countries. Some webshops include this in their product prices. We do not do this so our prices are always clear and transparent!

We ship your order every working day and deliver the next day. You will receive a shipping confirmation with Track & Trace code. Most orders are delivered by PostNL. Sometimes your order will be delivered by DHL. This will be made clear in the shipping confirmation.

Pay

With us you can easily pay with iDeal or Credit Card. The advantage of these methods is that your payment is processed immediately by us, so we can also process your order immediately.

Do you have questions about iDeal or Credit Card? Please feel free to contact us. For your information, our payments are processed by our payment provider Mollie.

Of course, you can also simply transfer the amount as usual. During the checkout process, select ‘Bank transfer’ as the payment method. After confirming your order, you will receive an invoice from us. In this invoice you will also find the details for making the payment. Once the amount is received, we will process your order.

Would you like to buy on account? No problem! You can choose to pay afterwards. Choose the payment method ‘After payt’ when placing your order. This only applies to customers who have purchased from us frequently. If you would like to have an account, please contact us.

Returns

We will do everything possible to fulfil your order to your satisfaction. Should you nevertheless wish to cancel your purchase, you can do so within 14 days of purchase. This is the so-called cooling-off period (right of withdrawal). This period commences on the day after your order was received by or on behalf of you.

After notification of the return, you have another 14 days to actually return your purchase.

The right of withdrawal applies to consumer purchases, not to business purchases.

Below is a possible return procedure:

  1. Report the reason for return within 14 days of receipt.
  2. The order must be returned as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days.
  3. Please note that you can assess a product as you would in a physical shop. A seal, vacuum packing or dust/lightproof packing may not be opened.
  4. If a product/return consignment is damaged, we may charge a reduction in value.
  5. Please do not write any texts and do not attach any stickers or adhesive tape to the original packaging.
  6. Pack the return items in a box to prevent damage during transport.
  7. The return shipment must be sent to us with sufficient postage.
  8. You bear the risk of the return shipment. We therefore advise you to send the package by registered post and to keep the proof of posting, so that you can claim any loss from your carrier.
  9. A refund will be processed as soon as possible, at the latest within 14 days after dissolution.
  10. If the complete order is returned, we will credit the original invoice including the shipping costs.
