The costs for providing a quotation are: €40.00 for flash heads | €60.00 for monoblocks | €75.00 for generators. These costs will be waived if the repair is approved or if the device is traded in for a new/replacement device.

Please use a separate repair form for each device and follow the instructions below when packing and shipping your equipment.

Remove the modelling lamp and glass dome.
Before packing the unit, remove the modelling lamp and glass dome to prevent damage during transport. Please do not send these parts with the unit. Use gloves or a clean cloth when removing them.
Only include cables when necessary.
Please only send power and sync cables if you suspect that they are damaged or may be causing the problem.
Always use the protective transport cap.
Fit the protective transport cap securely to the unit and make sure it is firmly in place.
Use the original packaging whenever possible.
If available, please use the original box and packing materials. If required, we can provide a suitable shipping box for an additional charge.
Fill all empty space in the package.
Use paper, packing chips or similar protective material and clearly mark the package with “CAUTION – GLASS!”. If you use packing chips, please place the unit in a plastic bag first to prevent small particles or packing material from entering the unit.
Do not pack the unit too tightly.
Make sure there is sufficient protective material around the unit and pack it carefully to prevent further damage during transport.
